Hop into a time machine. Once the fibers are broken there's no repairing it. If it's just a weak crease (not a confirmed fold) then stick it in a heavy book for a few months.

^don't do that. It removes the original embossing that the note has, thus giving the note unoriginal paper quality in the eyes of graders.
