I'm pretty sure that this is a O-142 R3. I want to wait until you post pictures of the coin in-hand before grading. Grading from scans tends to be inaccurate because the surfaces don't show up well.
Here is the description of the O-142 for you to check when you get the coin:
OBV 27: S1 is 1-1/4 mm and high,. The bottom of the 8 is thin with a tall vertical serif on the 2.
REV AF: 50 C. is 1-3/4 mm and high. A-A (distance between the base serif of the A in AMERICA and the first arrowhead) is 1/2 mm. The I is centered under the right side of the T. Two lines of stripe 4 extend into the crossbars. There are 2 die lines in the field below the left wing and the die is unfinished in the leaf area.
I am unsure about the roughened area by the date and under the bust. It looks like the die was beginning to rust or crumble. You will have a better idea about that when you see it in-hand.
