I found two Greek Imperial bronzes of Commodus with grapes on the reverse on VCOINS. Paultlia and Thrace Philippopolis, but it could well be a Greek Imperial bronze of some other emperor.
I note that the details on the coin relative to the flan are exactly the same in both pictures. Does this mean that vermontensium now has THAT particular coin? Interesting way of proving provenance!
Coin certainly looks genuine in both cases. Confirmation of weight would prove that. Forvm lists this piece as 'sold'.
