Those edges are quite sharp. It is an odd looking cent and I was wondering what you all might think of it. Is it PMD or a lamination problem. Thanks for your help.

There is some damage on the coin but everything in front of the face, "WE",the date and below the mint mark is all from lamination.

It almost look like a flap infront of the nose peeled and stuck to the nose.

The area of WE is also part of the lamination. Laminations usually flow in a straight line. The WE area fall in that line.
