Young Numistmatists who wish to volunteer to be pages should click here. The only requirements are that you are under 18 and submit your application by July 12.

ANA members will be given first consideration and non-members will be used as alternates or on an as-needed basis. I recommend joining the ANA prior to submitting the application for the page position. It only costs $14 for the entire year. There will be a lot of applicants; that is why it is important to be a member. At the last WFoM show, there were more applicants than page positions available.

For those of you who do not know anything about this opportunity: Pages walk around the bourse floor and help dealers by helping with set-up and breakdown; cleaning display cases; getting drinks or food; or pretty much anything else that dealers need. In return, pages get monetary tips from the dealers. They also get to enter the bourse floor early (when the dealers enter) instead of waiting with the buyers. Also, pages do not have to pay the entrance fee. This is a great way to enjoy the show if you are short on cash but want to attend.

I would definately encourage any YN's that are going to page at least once while at the show. I paged at the World's Fair of Money in Philly and had an awesome time. You can usually get a lot of jobs from the dealers and they treat you really well and pay you well too.
