Please grade and comment:) I am fairly certain it has been cleaned but the cleaning (conservation) looks better than the pics are showing. It was marked as having a planchet flaw on the obverse, which I am assuming is the large missing chunk of metal at 1 -2:00. What do you think?

PMD more likely than a planchet flaw.

Grade F12 obverse VF20 reverse, weaker strike on the obverse which is pretty common on FE cents.

Cleaned? probably at some point but a long time ago I would guess. A few areas of corossion still show.

Net Grade with all the issues, I'd say a G/VG price at best.

not a planchet flaw - PMD because it involves the rim.
