I would say XF details, way too bright, pretty but best use for her would be a jewelry piece now.

EF40 polished or heavy cleaning. $15-17 coin at best.

I'll break with the pack, AU, full thumb seperation and skirt lines on Obv. Weak strike on reverse, breast feathers are visible under magnification. Polished I agree. But It think we started with an MS coin.

My big question is why is this coin selling at $19? Holly Cow, I see coins in original AU and low MS selling on ebay for under $15 all the time. This is a common date and Mint Mark!
