panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18645 Posts	Posted 06/28/2013 7:44 pm this appears to be weakly struck coin, however, it's details are pointing to a low EF coin. The later year LC's are known for strong strikes so this one is standing out. It does have some surface and rim issues, some of which may be from the planchet but it is difficult to tell. In any case they may cause it to get a details grade. I think it would in the EF details category. Report this Post to the Staff
