Would like to get an opinion if you think this coin would grade at MS ? and is it an FBL?

Yes and no! While it is hard to grade from the pics, youcan definitely see it's not an FBL by most grading standards. Look at the First line of the lower lines, left of the crack; big gap there.

I agree with carmykle, it's MS but not an FBL. Most likely this one would pull an MS-61 or MS-62.
