Help Bring Me Down, 1999 WAM Related

estedman Valued Member United States 180 Posts	Posted 06/28/2013 8:18 pm While penny roll searching today I noticed these two 1999's looked a bit different by my naked eye. I took a pic of each one and of what I think is a normal one.
