Although not at Baltimore, I recently picked up this 179x Draped Bust Large Cent.

The date is not entirely clear but based on the Style 2 hair on the obverse, that would make this a 1798 or 1799 large cent.

From here, I am lost. Is anyone up to the challenge of attribution? Conder, this one's for you...

Should I wait for Conder, then? Or do you want to know now?
Would a hint be acceptable?

Haha, no it isn't reserved for Conder. I am always grateful for any info from any of the fine knowledgeable folks on CCF.

A hint, then? I think you can pin this one down.
Look at the E in UNITED, then draw your gaze in a curve, down and to the right, to the base of the lowest leaves on the left side of the wreath, and the stem end below them...

That's what I get for trying to sleep on Sundays. Somebody else gets to identify the easy ones.
