My brother gave me a dollar today because he thought it had a odd number, it's a 2009 $1 with the serial number C 22991144 C, is there any interest in these style notes?

Id definitely agree that's an odd serial number, however I don't see it having any sort of premium over face value.

I believe they refer to this as a binary repeater? Maybe a quad binary repeater. Not sure of value to anyone other than perhaps a fancy serial number collector. I would keep it.

I believe a binary repeater would be more along the lines of "12121212"

It's only $1. Keep it anyway, even if it doesn't have much premium.

No dealer would really give you a premium for that, sorry.

I believe they are called a quad double. I know some people do collect them, but I am sure not many. I think they are cool and when I find them on dollar bills I keep them. I have only found 1.
