the lighting is tough to see the luster and surfaces better. looks like wear on the eagle breast, but really hard to tell. "S" mints are known for solid strikes so this bothers me. i'll go with MS65 but this coin could easily be AU58 seeing a little circulation at some point in its life.

Always very hard to grade from scans. Maybe MS-64 using these images.
