There appears to be a lot of "virgin frost" on the coin and since that usually helps the grade, I'll guess MS64.

Lots of luster. Really weak reverse strike. I have to go with MS62. Clash marks are a little distracting

 overgraded, the luster must really be something, and the Binion provenance is worth something extra too! I have a few NGC Binion coins myself.
