Here is a heavily tone Morgan. I will tell you that it looks better in hand. Bought it from a Baltimore Coin dealer around 13 years ago. Without having it in hand, the toning hides anything on the surface in the photo. Going to have to take a guess, MS-65.

Ooooh. Toughie. I'm calling it a technical 65 that got slabbed as a 64 due to the darker color. Yes, knowing photography I can expect it to be nicer in-hand, but the toning is still advanced.

MS65 wouldn't surprise me on this on. Technicallly I believe it's a MS64+

MS-62 is my guess. That's a beauty.

Nice color! She's really toned up! I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the toning is more colorful in hand (like it appears below the eagles right wing and at the tip of the left wing, as well as the "E" on the obverse) where the light is hitting it? More opposed to the "blackish" look the photo shows in the other areas?
Anyways I agree with the others, 64+ to a 65, but it's hard to tell in a photo what the toning could be covering/obscuring. A beautiful lady though!

MS 64 Westcoin I don't know if she has what it takes to make MS 64 plus.

It's realy difficult to see what the obverse looks like under all that tone. If the clear area on the reverse is any indicator, I'll have to say (guess) MS66. Very nice toner!

Toning makes it very difficult as its hard from pics to see the surfaces. My question to the experts is in regards to cleaning and retoning. I'm looking at the streaking of the toning on the obverse. The question is this normal or is it from being cleaned and the retoning is broken up by residual agents on the surface?

PCGS can lower a coin a full grade due to ugly toning. I would say technically this is MS-65 but the toning has some issues, including possible evidence of a quick failed dip, so I will say it gets "market graded" down to MS-64 with a slight chance of an UNC details type grade.

The obverse isn't so dark in hand. You can see more luster and details.

Ooooh. Old NGC 4 slab, if I'm reading Conder101's information correctly, circa 1990. I've no difficulty whatsoever seeing this one as a 65. The toning probably progressed a bit in the slab.
