The obverse reads Edward VII King Emperor and although the reverse is badly worn I can make out 1904. Thanks

British Colonial, probably Straits Settlements. The colony name is located on the reverse above the denomination.
Can't make out the denomination though, would have to go off the diameter.

The crown shows as its colonial. Most of colonies add REX to the title. So Canada and Australia are out of the question. By the shape of the back end, with the date...
My guess would be Hong Kong. Might be 1 cent. Depends on the coin size.

Looking at the picture again, it seems to be One Cent. So JCMWORLD is probably right. The Straits Settlements date is a bit smaller (1 cent) and seems better fitting the second image.

Thanks for the info. I looked at it close up with a magnifying Glass and I can see the letters "One Ce" so yeah you're both right.

I can't find a ruler to check diameter but this is how it looks beside a British penny:

Tracyaw, You have a Straits Settlements 1Cent. Unless I'm hallucinating, after magnification of your picture (advantages of an IPAD) I see a faint 1 in the center of the second picture and the traces of letters above it, fit the "Straits Settlements".
The size seems OK.
