Still looking for a match for this coin, but for a Slovak find, the rampant lion is likely the emblem of Bohemia. The left half of the legend seems to read SECVNDUS, so I think the name in the right half (beginning with W) is likely WLADISLAVS, or possibly WENCESLAVS (or similar spelling).

Think I found a match. Saurma #410, Bohemia, weißpfennig, Vladislav II (1471-1516). Bohemian lion in a circle of pellets, legend WLADISLAVS SECVNDVS, blank other side. Only, this should be a 14mm silver coin. Are you really sure this is gold?
