I have seen lots of them the ripples penny. didn't know that was an error. huh now I have to go though them again

There are too many of them due to the combination o metal contents keep only the extreme or what appeals to your eye

I cant believe I posted this back then. If I knew then what I know now I would have never posted that ugly penny. But thats what learning is all about.

It's all about the learning, pennyman. We're all on the curve somewhere and we never stop adding to our fund of knowledge. One thing I did notice about your original posted penny -- is that a very slight clip happening on the obverse below the queen or is it just the way the light is hitting it? If it's a clip then that coin has some collector value after all -- the 1990's are tough to find clips on.
