I did a search and couldn't find anything about this here. The PCGS registry has a great section where you can create a showcase of your coins. There are a number of different categories with one titled "My 10 Best Coins" being the most popular. Anyway I thought it might be nice if we had some of the members here post their showcases. And for those of you that didn't know about this maybe this would be a good opportunity to set one up, it's free. Here's a link to browse around the various showcases people have created: http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/default.aspx?c=105I just set one up today in the "My 10 Best Coins" category. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/sho...aspx?sc=1779

Thanks. Yeah, the 1871 was love at first sight. I ended up making it my desktop background. There's a catagory that's just titled "Themed". I like the idea of that as it's only limited to whatever theme you can think of. Kind of a free-style showcase for those that like to think outside the box. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/Sho...s.aspx?c=116And here's another nice one. Someone posted Gold/Gold. All are gold coins with the elusive Gold CAC stickers. Now that would be a project. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/sho...aspx?sc=1559

Really nice group Tbone! I'm really surprised by the population of the 1888 quarter.

It does seem a bit high, although most of the others in my list are proof coins so that may make it look a bit out of place.

Are you trying to get mostly coinfacts featured coins?

Here's a couple more that I think are great ideas. This person has reunited coins from the Louis Eliasberg pedigree. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/sho...aspx?sc=1491This person has put together as many of the lowest PCGS graded half dollars they could find, what an odd but fun idea. Unfortunately they haven't posted the pictures. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/sho...aspx?sc=1436I really like this idea. They call it "Meant to be spent". It's a very nice set of modern coinage that are only business strikes. No proofs in this group. If modern coins are your thing there's some really high end coins in this group. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/sho...aspx?sc=1408I'm thinking a civil war era showcase might be fun. I'd love to see what other ideas there might be here in the CCF.

@1916 D Merc
Yeah, I'm trying not to box myself into that, but I'm definitely on the lookout for coins that are coinfacts featured.
