New pickup, do you think the scuff on the neck would land this in a details holder? What would you grade this one?

Looks VG10 to me.
I don't think it would detail, but why would you TPG it?

Way nicer than a 10, it's a 15 to me. Details, though, I don't think it grades problem free. It's been stripped or its original skin. Wasn't an overly harsh cleaning, but it was cleaned.

If the picture is at all faithful to the coin, she's been cleaned or dipped.

The color is indicative of what it is in person....detail isn't as sharp, liberty has more detail in hand, can see part of the lower band line.

F-15. Liberty is COMPLETE with the typical weakness in the lower 'BER.'
I offer no opinion about cleaning.
