VF/xf a lot of the bust coins were cleaned. If it was it looks like a old cleaning to me. I like the toning.

I feel this one is a solid EF and maybe even EF45 but a conservative call of EF40 is probably in order, as the reverse shows more wear than the obverse.

Old cleaning (no details) it was done a long time ago with no detriment to the coin surfaces IMO. Most coins before 1860's have probably been cleaned once or twice, at least dipped to remove toning.

I have this at 35 or 40; O-106, I think. Whatever the origin of the surfaces, I believe they'd be found market-acceptable by a TPG. I wouldn't turn it down.

I'm with the consensus on this one. EF40 cleaned a while ago and retoned. really nice
