I was looking through my pennies and came across this 1961D penny. And as you can see in the photo the "1" in the 1961 is slanted. Is this a good find or no?

if you are referring to the second 1, it looks like damage made by a coin rolling machine. Sometimes the fingers can move some of the design.

i agree with damage to the 1. in any case if you would use the "image optimizer" you could crop, and enlarge your image enough to make to more visible. just a thought.

I uploaded a more cropped photo for you guys to see. I am a bit confused by what you guys say in "that it could have been damaged by a coin rolling machine". How is that? Yes, I'm a newbie and not 100% on the coin speak...lol!:)
