what do you think of the ICCS F 15 and what about the other 1889 as a grade...? I would think the ungraded one is a solid VF 20 maybe 30 problem free.....The ICCS ? has lots of wear and also not noted is the rim damage..I think is an ok F 12 damaged ? any thoughts

IMO,both your coin and Ed's coin are F12
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I like the stronger laurel wreath on mine for sure and also the fact there is no rim damage....

I think personally it grades higher based on some others I have from ICCS , but honestly dont really matter..Its a hole filler until the next better one comes my way... @ shafta there are a few out and about in good price range depending on what grade your looking for..I come across them quite often...I think this is my 10 th one I've had
