looks a great candidate for an MS 63 maybe 64

MS62. I can't see any heavy dings but the fields are busy with those light scratches. The coin still has great luster and has great eye appeal. It's only when magnified that you can see that it's not a MS63.

yeah I agree with the ms62. It has lots of luster and a beautiful cartwheel effet but the fields on the observe are a little too baggy for an ms63.
