from the glossary (near the top of the menu on left of screen)  Quote: whizzing Term to describe the process of mechanically moving the metal of a lightly circulated coin to simulate luster. Usually accomplished by using a wire brush attachment on a high-speed drill. its been rubbed clean at least

You can see that all of the open areas (fields) have a completely different and kind of polished surface when compared to the very protected letters and details.
....and the different lighting sure does give this nice cent a different look to us here.
AU Polished ......and so sad to see...

The lustre is definitely off. It could be whizzed, but my gut says polished/cleaned. Not that there is much difference either way.

poker there is a huge difference between whizzed and polished... My guess is AU at best and looks polished maybe even dipped

The intent of those activities is the same- messing with a coin in order to make it look better to an untrained eye. Sometimes whizzing is slightly harder to detect than polishing.
