and I'd say MS63 maybe a point lower, due to the amount of scuffs on the cheek.

While I am not an expert I will go MS62, I don't think it will make 63, imho

I could see MS64 on this dollar also, that is if the marks are only scuffs, if they are more digs and dings, then MS62 might be warranted. This is a coin that should be seen in hand under a good light to really grade well, photos can be misleading either way on coins that exhibit this type of look.

MS64 if just light breaks in the frost or MS62 if they're dings.

My first though was MS-62 since there seems to be quite a bit of chatter on the cheek but if most of them are grazes, it could go MS-63.
