Hi marc and first of all welcome to the community. I think you are the only other member in Thailand (I live on Koh Samui by the way).

That is a very nice little collection of early Thai banknotes you have and most in very fine condition. If you want any info on them I'd be more than happy to supply it.

For an excellent reference book on Thai notes, if you don't already have it, I can highly recommend "Thai Banknotes Catalogue" by Somchai Saeng-ngern (price 900 baht). In Thai and English and very comprehensive.

Great, a neighbour and fellow collector. I'm in Lamai, also retired and been here 10 fantastic years!
Sorry about the leg (Samui tattoo?). But when you are mobile again we simply must meet.
I have my collection of Thai notes with me here and some spare ones.
You can contact me directly by email. If you point over my name and click you'll get my profile and another option to send me a personal email.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards Vic

Oh...and the hundred baht is about 1950. Known as a Type I, first issued in 1948, and has the third signature from a series of 5 from that Type.
In that condition I'd say worth about 600-700 baht.
