your title suggests that you think you have a RPM, while your text suggests you have an error. a re-punched mint mark is a variety and not an error.

in any case I think you have MD ( Machine Doubling), it shows on the 9,3, and mimt mark. all in the same direction. I am not the expert here, and that is just my opinion. the "big - guns" should belong sometime soon.

additionally the 1MM-001 on coppercoins site, has split serrifs on the mint mark - which your coin does not have.

Yes, Machine Doubling. When the date and the mint mark has the same direction of doubling, it is Machine Doubling damaged. dbrablec got it correct.
