I'm sorry but I call complete BS on multiple counts.
In the April thread you claim that Engelhard had "horrorible quality control", specifically:

Keep in mind the lack of the + could make it a error mis-strike, as engelhard had horrible quality control in the 70's and 80's
Swrbxxx what are you talking about? Give us some examples of this "horrible quality control" you reference. Post pictures. Back up your claim with some supportive evidence. I know old pour bars, Engelhard in particular. For you to make such a claim indeed caught my attention in April when this thread first arose. I said nothing but your recent postings have provided cause to call your claims to question. Your lack of knowledge regarding the non-plus variety of 4oz old pours is unforgivable given your claims of expertise. I have several non-plus bars in my collection and they are the most sought after variety of any early old pour Engelhard bar. And you pollute this collector community by claiming it a production error?
Why do you think Engelhard remains sought by strong collectors today, more than a quarter century after their last piece produced? Because of "horrible quality control" during their most prolific production period? They remain The Standard in bar production. For you to suggest otherwise is blasphemous.
Another I have for you:

If you can post some of the top, back and how thick it is.
Swrb, why don't you post the micrometer measurements you have taken of the multiple 4oz varieties Engelhard produced since the early 1970's from all countries of origin? I am all ears to hear what kind of research you have performed on mold dimensions and period casting characteristics.
And this brings us to your most recent absurdities regarding current auction:

same style as the 4 oz listed.
With the exception it is an employee bar. So its in a presentation case.
About.ag will get none of my pictures as I am in the process of putting together my own site. With accurate information on JM and Engelhard bars. Including pictures of bars never seen before. Such as the engelhard poured test bar.
Prove it. Post a picture. Do you know for what purpose these 4oz varieties were produced? First clue: not for employees and presentation cases. Do you know what quantities private orders were required to meet and what the period fabrication charge was per bar?
Shut me up and post a picture of your 4oz Serial #00002 bar with presentation case.
Last one I have for you:

One of the high bidders is a steady client of mine, I don't think you will have any worries a out getting paid when it comes to this item.
Well, swrb, I know both of these current bidders personally. I know their names and where they live. I know how many and what kind of pets they have. And know for a fact neither have purchased ANYTHING from you via
ebay.
Here is the link to all of your feedback with full buyer code display:
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...=AllFeedbackShow me where either of them purchased from you. There is no feedback code that matches (3335 *) or (1794 *) anywhere in your feedback profile. There is no "regular buyer" just more jabber of self-importance and untruthfulness.
I regret not bringing more to this forum in my early postings but hopefully setting the truth straight will be of some value for community members.
These recent commentaries have exhausted my tolerance and patience. Thank you (most) all for the great resource here at coin community and allowing me to speak my mind. While I may be out of character with such a post, sometimes it is incumbent upon a collector to bring forth the truth. Do not be duped.
