Not 100% sure if this is Russia wire money, but it was with a lot of Russian coins from the 1700's.

I have not been able to identify the coin or find anything like it one line.

About the coin.... it weigh's 3.1 grams, is about the size of a 1 cent coin.

Looks like wire money to me, although 3 g is a pretty big piece for that type.

Looks quite modern - possible replica / fantasy in my opinion. I'm not well versed in this type of coinage.

It is, or at least it's supposed to be, a coin of Ivan Ivanovich of Tver (1485-1490).
A weight of 3.1 grams sounds ridiculously huge though (as far as I can tell, it should be close to 1.5). And it looks far too well preserved as well. So gxseries is probably correct that it's a modern fake/replica. More expert opinion might be needed
