First one is from Taiwan, a year of the dragon millennium issued coin. It appears to be a 1oz silver coin and the holder appears cracked . The second one is Chinese cash, not sure of he year.

Manchu characters can be confusing.

This coin was not cast at the Board of Revenue but at the mint in Yunnan Province.
