The buy knows what he had when he bought it from you. He took a chance. He lost. That's not your fault. If he was in Las Vegas and won a sum of money and let it ride and lost he couldn't go back and ask for what he had before he let it ride.

So if someone sends in a PCGS coin to be regraded, and it grades less than the original grade PCGS refunds the difference in value?

They determine the fair market difference, but for the most part yes.

ebay is usually very fair and equitable in dealing with cases like this.


And yours is extremely strong in your favor.


I would sleep the sleep of the righteous and not worry.
