Hungarian for sure, the PATRONA HUNGA & shield give it away, & it appears to have the KB mintmark. The date seems to end with "90", & I would think either 1590 or 1690, making the king whose name on the other side appears to be ABOP (D GRA A G H B REX) either Rudolf, Leopold, or possibly Joseph.

Looks like the monarch would be Leopold I (the Hogmouth), abbreviated LEOP, making this a denar of 1690.
