Ok this is a little out of the norm. I have 4 mettler toledo metal detectors mounted on product lines. All are the same models, settings and installed on the same kind of product lines. Well the problem is one of the units scale will fly all over the spectrum. The rep swears it is electrical noise and may very well be. But I have not been able to elminate it if that is the problem. All electrical is identical to each including unit installation.
Just looking for a little thinking outside the box. Thanks in advance.

Actually found the culprit today. There was an air blow off for rejected product. The solenoid was not gasketed properly. The movement of the valve was enough to false trigger the head. Met det thanks for the responce though.
