Hey just checked some Australian coins and it appears that they are not included in the population report here is a certificate verification just look at population

No. The coin must receive a problem-free, numeric grade to be included in the Pop Reports. At least that is my understanding.

I like the idea of population reports but I'm somewhat suspicious of how accurate they are since so many people crack out coins and resubmit them which creates a new certification number and the same coin counted twice. Not to mention people that use the crossover services between NGC and PCGS causing the same coin to be counted twice.

The resubmitting has been somewhat reduced tho through the Secure service if only a bit anyway the best indicator of a population and the most reliable are generally the highest graded one
