What would you grade this one? And am I right that this one is an O-106? Trying to get my head around overtons.

I have this one at F12-15. Not O-106; that Overton has the R-I joined, while your coin does not. I believe I'm calling this one O-116 based on the 2 being low and the slight rotation of the M in AMERICA.

Sweet Bustie!! Thanks for posting it! (I'll look at all the Busties all day!)


I agree with the intial Overton of 116 but I think (maybe...?) the dies have progressed enough to be the O-116a. I can see the die crack along the bottom of the reverse from the under the second clump of leaves progressing right through the 50 C and into the arrowheads. (Nowhere near as advance as some I've seen, though).


Thoughts?

The way I read it, I want to see the die cracks on the obverse for O-116a.
