What do you guys think about this one? I guess I'm putting it here not so much for the number grade ( I agree with the number), but more for a *cough cough* designation. Thanks.

Sorry, I have a problem with photographing coins. Any better way to do it then a regular digital camera? It's in a 65 CAM holder, but I feel this could go DCAM. Any Chance?

Looks like the cameo of frosting is a touch weak on the neck area, might keep it from a deep cameo. I missed the chance to grade this one, But I was at PR64CAM on it, looks like it's a bit nicer than I could tell from the small photos.

I was going to guess PR-65 CAM but even with nice pictures, I find proofs a little trickier to grade from photos than business strikes. Unless it is just a result of the lighting, I agree with the neck area as well as America and the right side of the wreath are areas where the frosting looks weaker and may have been the reason preventing a DCAM.

Since I bought it right, I think I might just resubmit to NGC, to see if they'll DCAM it. It'll mean a $900 price increase for me. In hand, the cameo on the areas that look lacking in the photos are nearly nonexistent. But I'm actually thinking that the blacks aren't black enough on the surface.
