FinanceGuru Valued Member United States 337 Posts	Posted 08/04/2013 9:23 pm Today, I took out my metal detector. My kids and I spent a while scanning our yard. We dug up a 1975 Nickel and a penny (date too dirty to see). We also found an old matchbox car. It was great fun with the kids. I remember my first outing like it was yesterday, my dad made the machine bleep and I dug in the grass and dirt with such delight and uncovered my very first coke can tab pull!
