I haven't yet looked through error-ref, but I do believe that this error could have occurred in multiple different ways. I get confused with all the different types of brockages and clashed die caps and such anyways... I was also watching this error, not because I was planning to purchase it, but because a week earlier the seller had another example just like it - from a later strike. I just took a look at both, and the winner of the first example bid the second one up, but wasn't able to win it. It's too bad, as the first buyer would have had a very cool progression set!
