I don't think it's a doubled die. John1

I assume no doubling on "GOD" because no pics . So were looking for a match for 1969S-1DO-002. Your coin does not look like a class 5 DDO, and the "9" is a different shape. This looks like a Die Deterioration Doubling......sorry .

The one thing not doubled on a genuine 1969s Doubled Die Lincoln Cent is the "s" mint-mark, that was hand punched into the coin die.

I must say, My heart skipped a beat when I first found this coin. Good thing I have you all here to keep me from looking stupid by putting this coin up for sale as a true DDO. Thanks all.

Things about double dies, they all seem to be doubled at the same or close to the same height. Almost all I have seen have looked that way. Doubling of the mint mark is usually associated with Mechanical Doubling. A Double die usually has items doubled at the same height, and the only thing that typically is not doubled is the mint mark, if it has one.

Awesome information CC. Thank you. Did you get a chance to view the 1974 S I posted a little while ago? I'm pretty curious about that coin too.
