My Greek is weak. I believe it is Severus Alexander. Nikopolis ? reverse with 3 legionary standards

To me it looked Roman on the front and Greek on the back! I don't do Greek!
It does seem to have something about it.

Luckily I taught myself the Greek alphabet 14 years ago.
Comes in use only for Numismatics now.

Even not knowing Greek, the reverse type of three Standards with "NIKAIE" interspersed, with the missing "ON" in exergue, to spell out NIKAIEON, will help you in future when you again see the common Provincial type.
