What is on the coin? Glue/grease/something else? See if it rinses off and see if the anomoly between the NI goes away or not?

There's nothing on coin, maybe lamination error.

Raised from the coin or indented?

Indented might be a lamination.

Raised could be a die issue or something on the coin.

I think I misunderstood your previous question, the lines by the N and I are raised, as well as on the U. I was referring to the spot on the coin being indented, sorry for the confusion. Please give any feed back. Thanks

It may be a lamination then. The area on ONE CENT also looks like a lamination issue as well. It is in a straight line.

The NI maybe be peeling laminations that haven't fallen off yet. Interesting coin.

First of all Thank you for your time and help checking out my coin. I see class 8 Tilted hub doubling as well as some lamination issues. The one cent that you are referring to is tape holding the coin to the paper to take picture. I will try to post more pictures. I appreciate all the help. Thanks
