If both notes are UNC as they appear, id say the pair is worth right aroun $200. But I am no expert.

Hi GoldenChest,
Thank you for the answer.
Sorry, but I think that $200 sounds extremely little.
If this is true I paid many of thousand $ too much for my collection.
Now I am nervous...
Again Thanks and Regards

Hi BisonMatt,
puuuu, Thank you for the answer.
I think this Bills are in UNC condition but they are not perfect.
Perhaps something about UNC 60.
These bills has brought a German married couple in mixed bundles more than 80 years ago from the USA to Germany. These notes were never in collectors hands.
In these bundles were Chiefs, Gold Certificates, Bisons, 1914ers and 1923ers.
The Conditions were from VG - UNC.
The heirs of this married couple found this bundles in an old suitcase.
This bundles were wrapped in newspaper and tied with a metal wire.
It was not my family, it's not my currency, but to buy these bills always give me the feeling that I protect and save something what is beautiful and historically important.
These old notes from another continent, stored for many years are so special to me. I love them.
But unfortunately, sometimes you have to ask for the price, only because I'm not a millionaire.
Again, sorry for my bad English.
Hopefully you can understand my very special "Gerlish" well.
Rest in Peace

I think that sequential serial numbers help raise the value a bit. So, keep them together!

Thank you for the Tip.
I'm not a dealer and I love the 1914 Series and especially with sequential Numbers.
If I can catch bills with consecutive serial numbers, I keep them always together.
My oldest pair are $1 SC 1899 Series Eagles.
Here are some 1914 from my collection.

All your 1914 currency pairs are probably worth 3.5k.

Nice notes for sure. It's hard to grade images, but they are quite valuable.

I hate to pour water on the fire, but those notes are not uncirculated. The bottom note clearly has a center fold that is easily seen on the reverse scan. If they were stored together, then the top note probably has a center fold as well. That means the highest they could grade is 58. They are a common signature combination from a common district. If graded and authenticated by a third party as AU notes then they would sell for about $400 each, and that is full retail. It is not uncommon to see consecutive notes. I used to personally collect them. I stopped once I realized how common they are and that I was the only person paying a premium for them.

At first Thanks at all.
@Nationals,
That is no problem. I am glad for every opinion.
This light center fold is not continuous, you can really see it only in the center.
I have seen quite such a similar mistakes with 62 graduation by PMG or PCGS.
I was not sure, therefore I ask for other collectors opinion.
The Price for this Pair was absolute correct.
I'm in Europe, all the information about large size currency or the American grading Standard which I have are always from books or even from ebay. Therefore, I am very glad to get the opinions of other collectors from our forum.
I collect and buy only after intensive market observation and intuition. Collector shows in Germany are no help. Here are mostly standard bills as I already have.
The good notes and rare variants are quite difficult to get for. Sometimes I'm in luck and then I enjoy it even more.
I'm a beginner who is far away.
I would like to visit a big American paper money show and see all the beautiful bills. I do not have a tombstone and no $ 100 3rd.Charter national currency bill.
A collection without them is like a burger without meat for me.
Again, THANKS at ALL.
