It may have some partial Struck Through Grease error on the date. Note how the 1 in the date is strong and the rest are fading. On a worn coin, they would all be equal in wear. They were struck that way partially blocked. There is a die wear issue on the tops of the devices of the motto. Note "IN" flows to the rim.
