Not really. Part of the lettering has to be falling off the coin to be keepable,IMHO

I would keep it is as a "close but no cigar" coin for educational purposes.

Here is a 1995 I found not long ago. The photo's don't show this, it's red and I would guess a MS61 coin. Does it have any value?

I would make a separate post for your coin. Your coin is an Off Centered Strike (the front and back are both not aligned) My coin is a MAD (Mis-Aligned Die). The Reverse of my coin is struck perfectly centered.

"In God We Trust" is affected on your coin so it would be worth money to a collector.
