Hmmm...not sure why the color looks so different in the two separate pics...the color of the Obverse looks accurate but the reverse doesn't look like that color in person...

Quote: Shoulder scuffs concern me. That part of the design requires a LOT of metal flow into the die. It's common to see that area rough as well as other high points on the obverse. Since the planchet is not fully brought-up there, we refer to those as "planchet marks", i.e. marks present on the planchet that didn't get erased by the striking pressure.

Quote: not sure why the color looks so different in the two separate pics Because your white balance is really off. Compare your backgrounds from picture to picture. Exactly why I tell people to use a white background, it lets you know when something is off.

BadThad- not that it matters but the background actually are different colors. One was taken in a holder the other was taken out of it. The picture of the obverse is pretty spot on
