Where did you get it?
Assuming it was picked up in Great Britain by a metal-detectorist, my first guess would be "Lushburgh money", debased evasive copies of English regal pennies produced in the Low Countries. What appears to be green encrustation of copper salts is suggestive.

So the seller doesn't have much more idea about this than we do. Although, if billon, it might explain some verdigris.

And me can't find it anywhere,maybe its some type of jetton? It could be silver

Could we start by getting a consensus from the forum on what the first and fourth letter in the obverse legend is? Stylized N? Stylized R? Has anyone seen any other coins with this odd letter, that might help us pin down a geographic area?

think it may be german the inscription may read RHARDV SIDEWAYS 'S' WHICH IN GERMAN IS V V

I suggest you take or send it to the coin dept, British Museum for identification.
