Avshater22 Valued Member United States 337 Posts	Posted 08/12/2013 3:06 pm Today I went pawn/thrift store shopping for some coins and ended up buying 3 1923 Peace dollars, 1880 Morgan, and a set that include an 1896 Morgan and a 1996 American silver eagle. I paid about $160 for all the coins. Happy to add to my collection of silver coinage. Report this Post to the Staff

Avshater22 Valued Member United States 337 Posts	Posted 08/12/2013 11:27 pm Well the 1880 Morgan and the 3 Peace dollars I picked up at an antique store. They were the only coins they had besides some wheat pennies and she was asking $25 a piece for them. I asked her if she take $90 for the 4 coins because they weren't in the greatest condition. The Morgan is a little worn and is a little bit bent and the Peace dollars are a little worn and dirty. She took the offer and I didn't look back. Then the 1896 Morgan and 1996 ASE I picked up at another consignment shop in a 100 year commemorative set for $70. I'm not really sure if the ASE is circulated or not. The Morgan looks pretty good with the exception of a few little nicks but it still has a good shine to it. I'll post some pics tomorrow of all the coins. Report this Post to the Staff
