It looks like RPM #23. Compare your coin with the one here http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds

It is important when asking about RPMs that you include a photo that shows the date and mint mark together. 1960 has over 150 different RPMs and some look very similar. Having a photo of the date and mint mark together can help narrow down which one it actually is. With RPMs it is just like retail, location, location, location.

I say attach a full pic of the front and back if you require a grade to be associated with the coin. I do not know if RPM's values are based on the overall condition of the coin or not.
Taking an extremely wild guess, since the mint mark(s) haven't been beaten into oblivion, I would guess that the coin could be XF or so.

Thats a good find considering that the coin's surface could have easily comoflauged the lower Mint mark.
