This is a 1935 E Silver Certificate the serial number it almost touching the words at the top of the bill, it appears to me the print if off a bit. This bill is in excellent condition, should I have it graded as an error note?

Im no currency expert but I do see a little bit of a mis alignment there. I wouldn't send it in to get graded by any means, but definite keeper!

A nice bill but the serial Number is not enough out of place for a Error.

Continuing with what hajduk said, these types of errors start to gain value when the misalignment starts to run into the designs of the note.
